eGain had just purchased a new custom exhibit, replacing their old modular exhibit. They required an integrated solution which would manage the entire I&D from exhibit properties to A/V and computers.
In addition the booth required a new presentation A/V system, coupled with integrated computer compotes

Solution:
ITS, worked with the exhibit design firm to help optimize the install and dismantle process. Further, ITS now acts as eGain's onsite exhibit manager. By using ITS eGain shows up the day of show with the booth ready to go.
Working with the exhibit designer & professional speaker, ITS designed a A/V system which has been regarded as "...The best sound system in the show...".
The exhibit management solution saved eGain 28 days a year of staff resources. The intergrated system allowed a single production manager to supervise the booth I&D, A/V, and Computer technologies.
